另一盤黃色較淡

入唧袋前先把袋在唧咀上方轉幾圈, 才將材料放入唧袋, 之後才拎回放鬆. 可避免一放材料入袋便漏出唧袋.

唧好圓形後要用牙簽拮走篤篤, 可看到我這些不平滑. 之後可以放上裝飾.

出爐冷卻後才可慢慢鬆開grease proof paper. 然後再加裝飾.

馬卡龍外表好美. 但真的太甜, 只可以吃一兩件. 要等多人時才可做一次! 希望那時還記得怎樣做吧!
好靚arrrrrrr~~不過佢地呢期好hit,都要成個月後先有位.....
