Cure for the Monday Morning Blues

Just relax and think of a wonderful flight home. That's the message from a friend at  San Francisco International Airport.  But perhaps we should explain it's being delivered by Toby,  the big guy on four legs with a reassuring look for a girl who moments ago  looked a little apprehensive about flying.  Toby pads around with an SPCA handler as a member of the Wag Brigade -  therapy dogs to calm stressed travelers  during the holiday travel period.  All right now?  Then scamper off because your flight's been called. Dog phobics, comprising a relatively high ratio of people in Hong Kong, may disagree though. I bet the appearance of these four legs friends in the HK airport nowadays will likely cause a commotion. The day a reasonable number of HK people  enjoy the company of animals  is still a long way to go.

有沒有覺得洗薑切薑好麻煩, 

啲薑凹凹凸凸, 

好難洗得乾淨, 

切皮亦要切掉很多肉才切得乾淨. 

一直想找個工具洗生菓的臘, 

結果在十二蚊店找到這個東西, 

意外地洗薑也很好用.

洗薑皮三兩下手勢已超乾淨, 

皮都費事切了.
